Our minimum callout charge is £60 or the amount of the deposit, whichever is greater. Cancellation after the booking has been made does not guarantee a refund of the deposit, and you may be liable for the full amount if cancelling after a driver has been dispatched.
Subcontractors
We may subcontract some jobs. Subcontractors are responsible for their own trade and liability insurances. Claims related to subcontracted jobs must be directed to the respective subcontract
